Types of training at Medifix Academy
Our programs are designed for healthcare and social professionals who want to enhance their knowledge and gain certified skills recognized by the Ministry of Health and the Bulgarian Medical Association.
All trainings offered by Medifix Academy are designed with a clear purpose – to enhance the professional competence and practical skills of medical staff in healthcare institutions. At the core of our program is the mandatory general package, designed for all medical professionals without exception. This package covers key competencies and essential knowledge required for safe and effective work in a hospital environment. It includes foundational topics such as patient safety standards, infection prevention and control, basic life support, and safe techniques for moving and positioning patients to prevent injuries to both staff and patients, among others. The goal is to ensure a uniform level of knowledge and skills across all healthcare personnel, regardless of their department or specialization.

Core Mandatory Package for Pediatric Hospitals
At the core of the training programs of Medifix Academy in pediatric hospital care is the Core Mandatory Package for Pediatric Hospitals, created specifically for medical professionals working with children in a hospital environment.
The package is designed for both experienced doctors, nurses, and healthcare specialists, as well as newly appointed staff who are about to begin work in pediatric wards and clinics.

In response to the high professional standards and specific risks in oncology care, Medifix Academy developed the Core Mandatory Package for Oncology Hospitals and Centers, a specialized training program for medical professionals working with patients with oncological diseases.
The package is designed for both experienced professionals and newly appointed staff in oncology clinics, chemotherapy units, radiotherapy departments, and palliative care settings.
The program provides key knowledge and practical skills for safe, ethical, and high-quality medical practice in an environment with increased medical, psychological, and biological risks.

Training Package for Social and Educational Professionals
In response to the growing challenges in caring for children and vulnerable adults, and in accordance with the current regulations and requirements of the Ministry of Health, under which staff in childcare, social, and healthcare institutions are required to undergo periodic training, we have developed in-person training programs focused on building practical skills aligned with the Bulgarian regulatory and social environment.
